The Communication, Marketing and Projects Department

Thge Marketing Department in CUL Iasi was established as a stand-alone service in 1996.Since 2016 it has changed its nameto the Deparment of Communication, Marketing and Projects and diversified activities. Currently, th eteam is staffed by 10 people. The Department subordinates the General Director of Cul Iasi. The activity takes place involving all departments.


  • Promoting services and the image of the library through mass-media, the social media platforms and the site of the institution;
  • Develop and implement campaigns to promote products and services of CUL Iasi in order to attract new users and retain the old ones;
  • Coordonate the promoting activities in CUL;
  • Elaborate information materials for the users of CUL;
  • Coordination and organization of professional and cultural events according to the strategy and specific of the institution;
  • Conducting studies and surveys on quality of services of CUL Iasi and studying the possibility of implementing new services and facilies for users;
  • Monitoringsourcesof financing in order to attract European funds and participation in the development and implementation of projects;
  • Recrutment, selection and coordination of volunteers interested in library specific activities, as well as events hosted by the library;
  • Managing requests for public information.
